I must confess: I never listened TOFOG before I ordered the Cd! I was just curious about Russell Crowe and his band. I come from Germany and although Russell Crowe is now as famous here as in every other part in the world, we never heard one of his songs. I was really surprised then when I first heard his voice, because it is really good, the melodies never get boring and the lyrics will touch your heart. This is a wonderful Cd, and I am glad that I odered it. You MUST buy it!Free Music Review: The family that Grunts together stays together :-)

I pre-ordered this one so that, by the time it hit the stores here, my kids and I were already humming Judas Cart while we went about our lives. I love this cd! It's a departure from their earlier stuff -- more folksy and less outright R&R. Crowe's vocals have come light years from when he started, though. This album doesn't have intense lyrics or complex music but it sure is a great listen! _Hold You_ is, I think, the sexiest thing I've ever listened to in public!Free Music Review: I love this album!

I bought this album out of curiosity. Hearing it was a total surprise -- gorgeous music, meaningful lyrics great guitar and vocals. It has become my favorite -- I listen to it all the time, and it gets better and better. My favorite songs change all the time, but I adore Sail Those Same Oceans and The Ballad of Barry Cable. They really move me. I have now bought TOFOG's earlier CDs and really enjoy them as well. But BLOC is my favorite. I really recommend it!Free Music Review: TOFOG--OMG!

I bought this album on the recommendation of one of my "little" brothers. I have not regretted it at all. If you like all kinds of music, you will love these guys. A must for any collector!This puppy rocks from the beginning and leaves you going, ok, where is the next album.
This album is serious and playful all at the same time. It is right for any mood your in. These guys are a pub band with ambition and talent to boot!

I bought this cd a few months ago and got to see the band live in LA on there recent tour of the USA. I can't stop playing this cd. The music is great, the lyrics tell stories and of course there is Russell!!! This cd deserves radio play and there is nothing like seeing the Grunts live!!! I highly suggest to anyone that when they are in a town near you to check them out!!!Buy this CD for anyone that loves music or love Russell Crowe!!!
