Free Music Review: FROM CHAOS ROCKS

From Chaos is the BEST 311 album for I while. I didn't like Soundsystem that much, so From Chaos is a significant improvement to my ears. Their style is more **In your face** to start with and mellows out in other parts. Overalll the different styles mix in nicely together and it is an AWESOME ALBUM: If you don't have it, grab it, it ROCKS!!!
I still think the 311 album *music* is better, although it is different.
Some versions of FROM CHAOS also have the bonus track *We Do It Like This* and a multimedia component (The Australian version does.... :)

When I first bought this CD, I was kind of skeptical about what I would get from this new 311 album. Some of their albums before this one were a bit of a dissapointment for me, but this new CD is soo dang awesome. I love their great funk-rock groove that I am used to hearing, but in this album you still get that funk-rock groove and also some cool reggae rifs! I don't really know what the reviewer of this album was talking about when she reviewed it, but this album is awesome! 311 really takes their musical abilities to the limit in this new album.Free Music Review: Awesome melodies make this a must buy.

I dont know what the reviewer was talkin about, this album, although not 311's best is excellent. The reviewer basically bashed 311 for not selling out, much like No Doubt has. That made no sense to me. Im not writing a full review, i just felt the need to bash the reviewer. The best songs on this album are Sick Tight, You Wouldnt Believe, I Told Myself, Champagne, and Amber. Uncalm is a GREAT follow up song to the chill Amber, and I'll be here awhile is a superb ending to a fantastic cd. Good job Nick, SA, Tim, P-Nut and Chad.Free Music Review: our omaha boys have done it again!

i cant believe how good this album is. I swear, every album is better in different ways. any true 311 fan will agree with me on this. nick and s.a.'s singing has developed into something more incredible than on their last cd's and the ryhming has an even better flow. but you see it doesnt stop there, the music is just as incredible. chad sexton and p-nut have kept the backbone of nick and tim's riffs for years, and every album it is more flawless than the previous. all in all, you are getting more than your money's worth
