I love this CD! I have seen the show only two times but have listened to this CD over and over again. You can understand all of the words!! Hamlisch's music is devine; Kleban's lyrics touch your soul - surely you have felt the way one of the young auditioners sing about at some point in your life. I'm just a teenager, and i'm realy not all in to the musical scene. I must say though, i absolutley LOVE this CD. Most all the songs are catchy, and many of them fun, too. I listen to the CD once, and i'm singing songs from "A Chorus Line" for a week! Its great! And the lyrics a great too! no bad side to this cd.Free Music Review: Who Better?

If you are looking to by a Chorus Line sound track there is no other; Not saying that the other casts of this show weren't magnificent. However, who better to tell the stories the songs provide than the actual people whose lives the stories were based upon?! We're doing a shortened version at my summer camp, and I honestly adore the remastered version. I love all the songs equally, though What I Did For Love is especially great, and I know Sing! by heart, since that's what I'm supposed to sing in our version ;)Free Music Review: Excellent!

"Chorus Line" has to be one of the greatest of Broadway Musicals. It is particularly apropos to people who either are in show business or are well-familiar with the ups and downs of that craft. This recording just magnifies this!
