Free Music Review: It's got me Bouncin' Off The Ceilin'!

Upside Down- This is the first single off the "Teen Spirit" album. It has a really catchy chorus with great lyrics. The music and beat of the song is really catchy also. This song by itself shows that the A-teens have definitely grown after their last album "Abba Generation" (4/5)

To The Music-
This is the fourth and final single. Don't get me wrong. I like this song. I just think that a different song should have taken its place as a single. But everything is really good in this song. Worth listening to! (3/5)

Halfway `Round The World-
Here's the second single. It's really catchy, and it'll get you banging your head. The meaning of the song itself is really great and the chorus makes this song a definite hit single. It's really obvious that this song is a party song. (3&half/5)

Firefly-
This is my second favorite song on the album. The whole song is really catchy. A Definite toe-tapper. This was actually a single, but it never got released. It's a shame too. This would have been a great single to have. The meaning of the song is pretty sad. It's about a lonely girl, who looks out for a certain firefly each night, well; just listen to it. You'll love it! (4 & half/5)

Sugar Rush-
This is the A-Teens third single. When I first bought this CD and also just until recently, I had hated this song so much that I just wanted to scratch it off the CD, I really did. It was way too sugary and annoying. But recently, I have grown to like it a little bit and I am glad that this really isn't A-Teens original song. You have to give this song awhile to grow on you. (2 & Half/5)

Rockin'-
I really like the beginning of this song. It's the first few lines from the chorus but it's played with darker music. This is another really good song. The lyrics are good but they don't really make sense. There are a lot of ways you could take it, but to me they just don't make sense. Although the singing and the music is really great and it totally makes up for it (4/5)

Around the Corner of Your eye-
This is the first slow song on the album, I don't really like slow songs, but this is sort of an exception. The lyrics are spectacular. Very well written. The song is basically saying, wherever you go, I'll be with you no matter what and I think that's really cool. So it's more of a really romantic song. (2&half/5)

Slammin' Kinda love-
This is a song that'll really get stuck inside your head. Especially the beginning: "You and Me baby we got a slammin' kinda love" I really like to listen to this song. The music is really awesome, although the singer's voice fades a little bit in this song, everything else really makes up for it. Don't skip over this one! (3 & half/5)

All My Love-
"All My Love... is what I Want to give you everday" This is another song that will stick in your head. It's actually a very good song. This song is really different from the rest of the songs on the album and it was really a brave and slick move to place this song on the CD. I don't usually skip over this oen, because I usually need something to get stuck in my head for awhile and this'll do it! (3 & half/5)

For All That I Am-
This is (without a doubt) The best song on the album. This should have definitely been a single, and if it would have been, it would have been a smash hit. I guarantee that. It sounds kind of like a sad song, but it's really great to listen to. It's a real good treat for your ears. The chorus is so great, that it'll make you beg for more. I never get tired of listening to this song. I have loved it since I first bought it and it still hasn't got the least bit old on me. This is the best song the A-Teens have ever made! (5/5)

That's What It's All About-
This song definitely has a hit-single quality to it. It should have been toward the front of the album more. The whole thing is just so upbeat and spunky that it makes it a definite party song. It would have made a great single if they gave it a chance. (4/5)

Back For More
The beginning of the song makes it sound real cheesy. But you have to listen to the whole song in order for it to really stick to you. The chorus with the music makes it a great and easy listener. Two thumbs up! (3/5)

Morning Light
This is a really good song. But without a doubt, the chorus makes the entire song what it is. The chorus has the music rocking more and the singing is really louder, and better. Without the chorus, I wouldn't have liked this song as much (3/5)

Don't Even Know Your Name
Here's the second slow song on the album. I don't really like this song, I think it should have been replaced but oh well. It's my opinion. The lyrics are really well-written, so I have to give it credit for that. (2&Half/5)
