Free Music Review: Let There Be AC/DC
Hit: 5 Stars

AC/DC made it to the ROCK N ROLL HALL OF FAME because they stuck to their guns and just played to their strengths and capabilities. Never a love ballad in the mix, and if there was anything slow, it was always blues rooted. However, all their songs had the patented three chord crunches provided by Angus and Malcom Young and Bon Scott's vocals compliments their power. The standout song here is HELL AIN'T A BAD PLACE TO BE. The rest of LET THERE BE ROCK is typical AC/DC, all with great production. The Scott,Young & Young songwriting team always has a touch of sly tongue-in-cheek humor which always told the fans that AC/DC took their music seriously, but didn't take themselves too seriously.

Free Music Review: ALL KILLER SANS 5 Stars

This has got to be THEE greatest ACDC album of all time!!!!!Back In Black has nothing on this baby!!!As good as BIB was,the band was robbed of it's raw, primal, very live sounding recordings.Fortunately for LTBR,it captures ACDC at their prime with Bon Scott(the greatest). All of the songs feature catchy, sleazy, yet genius throat scratching lyrics by Bon and some of the most roughest pulse-pounding guitars put down on record in the 70s.The sound is so,so,raw and it's just what makes all of ACDC's 70s recordings essential stuff.Awesome heavy metal album ahead of its' time and all of the songs freakin' rock!

LONG LIVE BON SCOTT!!!!

Free Music Review: AC/DC's best
Hit: 5 Stars

Every single person that is a fan of rock and metal should have this CD in their collecton. Not only is it the best AC/DC release, it ranks up there with my top 25 albums of all time. This album is super heavy, with the title track being the heaviest song that they have ever written. Its raw and full of energy. I really miss Bon Scott to this date, as Brian Johnson did a pretty good job filling his shoes (Back in Black is amazing) but the band went more into a pop/rock groove with him, then with Bon. I really dig every AC/DC album with Bon, but I believe this is the best..ENJOY

Free Music Review: LeT THeRe Be RoCK! NoWWWWWWWW!!!!!!
Hit: 5 Stars

This CD is amazing, the songs are very powerful and have a raw old rock music style, that's why this album is one of the best of the band. Bon is the best singer of all time in rock music. This Digipack is great, with a lot of pictures of that time. and a better artwork, the problem is what the past reviews said there is no Crapsody in blue!! but at least you can listen that song and carry me home (b side of this album) in the website that is written in the digipack but you must have this album in your CDROM to enter the secction where you can listen to them.

Free Music Review: Hard Rock in its Purist Form.
Hit: 5 Stars

AC/DC's "Let There Be Rock" is pure and raw energy. I always classified AC/DC in the "Heavy Metal" catagory, but this album borderlines "Punk". The loosenes and distortion just makes the speakers crackle with energy! This is AC/DC in top form and being exactly what they set out to be - Three cord noisemakers. Angus Youngs screaming guitar licks supported by brother Malcom's rythm's and Bon Scott's squeaky and eerie vocalizations are the perfect formula for a Hard Rock Feast! This is one of AC/DC's best. I highly recommend this album.
