I found Adele several months ago here on Amazon. I bought the CD, and honestly haven't stopped playing it since. It stays in my CD player at all times...REALLY..it's THAT GOOD!! Adele's voice is perfection... smooth, rich, elegant, powerful, smoky. Positively addicting. I haven't been this excited about an artist since I discovered James Morrison (and before that, David Gray). One of my top favorite CD's of ALL TIME!! It's THAT GOOD!! Every song on the entire CD is incredible...how often can you say that about any artist?!?!?Free Music Review: Adele rocks

This CD was recommended to me by a friend into the U.K. music scene and I have no doubt American music lovers will embrace this songstress if they have any sense at all. Adele's precise, yet rough-edged voice is what makes the songs come to life. In particular, her cover of "Make you feel my love" is gorgeous and "Chasing Pavements" showcases her unique sound to a tee. The CD as a whole is timeless. I'd definitely recommend trying to snag the limited edition that includes another disc with live versions of songs.Free Music Review: Soulfull Young Talent

I'd heard about Adele and how her style was soulful and bluesy, and was not disappointed with this album. She has a really unique, deep and low voice that really goes with her style - I can just picture her in a smoky hall, burning up the stage. I didn't like all of the songs on the album (some are a little too slow for my taste), but there are several real gems ( "Right as Rain" is upbeat and cheeky fun). I'm enjoying this influx of neo-soul/blues from across the Pond, and I totally recommend this album.Free Music Review: One for anyone's collection!

If you like music...I mean any kind of music...buy this. The mix of her voice with the music, the beats, is flawless. I am usually an alternative rock guy...indie...blah, blah. This is quickly making up my list of favorite albums. The only other similar artist I like is Feist...Adele has a very different voice. You should youtube her...watch her play guitar, or bass while singing, really adds to the experience. I hope she stays around!Free Music Review: God Save the Queen!

Amazing sound comes from this Brit! Never thought so much soul could come from across the pond! Definetly a must have, as soon as i heard her first song I pre-ordered the cd! There are other songs on the cd that are really bluesy(Crazy for You,DayDreamer)So if your into blues you'll love it! My all time favorite is Melt my Heart to Stone. I can really relate to that! Just keep on singing Adele!
