Free Music Notes for PlanetsFree Music Review: Not the same ADEMA Hit: 2 StarsThe music is okay at best, but the main thing is that the singer has changed. Personally, I find his voice makes all the songs sound too similar. The overall sound of their music has changed drastically and maybe they should have changed their name and not tried to fool everyone into thinking this is the same awesome band as it was before.
I would not recommend this album to anyone who enjoyed their previous work.
Free Music Review: old adema was awesome Hit: 1 StarsThis CD sucks. Chavez made the band. I saw Adema twice in northern CA and they were awesome. I am going to miss their shows. This CD belongs next to the beer bottles in my trash can!

Free Music Review: Awesome Just Awesome!!!!!!!!! Hit: 5 StarsAfter hearing so many of the same sounding bands you tire of the musical ability of most of today's bands, but adema(the new adema)have found a great sound and used in it the most brilliant and musical way that i've heard in a long time. The music just flows amazingly also the singer (new singer) constructs a strong voice to coincide with the music being palyed. I enjoyed this album straight from the first few seconds of the first song and continued to be amazed by the non- tireing sound and drive that the band puts out. I must say though that i did like the old singer but that doesn't mean that's the way this band should always be remebered as, i think the new singer not only brings his own sound and style but carry's on this already good band into making an excepionally good album, 5 stars definetly for creativity, ability and inventiness ADEMA ARE AWESOME!!
Free Music Review: should of been called Ressurection Hit: 5 StarsLet's face it, the old Adema we cannot replace. Some people look at thier new situation with dread. I look at it as a plus.
Adema has lost more than just Chavez. They lost thier angry, hate the world vibe that seemed blinding previously. I look at that as a good thing. They've gone and done some really original songs on this CD, far from thier original stuff and deifnatly different than the manufactured crap on the radio. Shoot the Arrows grabs your attention and elbows it in the stomach with a good rythymn in their fist song "shoot the arrows" and the first words "been greeted with a smile, in my back twists a knife". Barricades in time takes distorted sound into a melodic, creepy song about isolation. Enter the Cage is the new fight song if I've ever heard one (put your heart on the line, it determines your fate). Bad Triangle keeps a bit of the angry, beat you senseless mentality with the phrase "where is your mind" repeated through much of the song.
Better Living through Chemistry covers the seedy subject of doctors. they are willing to throw a pill at anything and hope it gets better, and in the process they get money.
Estrella, the last song, sounds like an Ode to Cthulu.
Chavez could not have done this album. Old Adema is dead, but this new one smells of music bliss.
Go now, buy it, do it now, why are you still reading this?
Free Music Review: Different isn't always bad Hit: 4 StarsI have listened to Adema before and I loved them. I listened to this CD and was pleasently surprised to find that it was a more mellow group. I agree with others that this isn't Adema, but it is by no means trash. When you pick this album up, be prepared for something that isn't quite hard rock, while at the same time not soft. Good mix, recommend it
