DESCRIPTION: Hard Rock & Rock Music with Metal & Hard Rock Vocals. Most of the songs are Midtempo. Tend to get noisy at times but the songs are usually short enough to counteract. Strongest song was STAND UP. It was about a woman in an abusive relationship. Track showed great contrast between verses and chorus. Wasn't that noisy but still lacked the needed song break. In fact you wouldn't have expected this but even hard rock and metal are avoiding the musical song break in the middle of the song. Other strengths were CO-DEPENDENT & RIP THE HEART OUT OF ME which demonstrated the more rhythmic side of Adema. STRESSIN' OUT's bass riff accented by a slight acoustic guitar was also a bright spot. DO YOU HEAR ME's verse / chorus tempo change also rather enjoyable. For the most part this was a pretty consistent mix outside of the last track which was far and away the worst. NEEDLES should have been left off of the album but did prove to be a higher tempo contrast. Unfortunately there wasn't anything good about the yelling, noisy, bland instrumentation & lack of melody. Overall the production was represented with some consistency and decent production. POINTS: ( 2.52 ) - GRADE ( C + )Free Music Review: dissappointing

this band has totally changed from their first album... there totally different and a lot softer... the only songs worth listening to are co-dependent, promises, so fortunate, and stressin' out... everything else is very repeatitive, very boring, and the lyrics SUCK... those songs that i mentioned are good thoughFree Music Review: GREAT ALBUM

This album is one of the best iv'e heard since all these other garbage bands that came out and cant make music for nothing(A.f.I.).The album has great sounds and the lead singer has an awsome voice like his brother.This group rocks and i hope they keep making their music its inspirational and made me get into playing the guitar.I give this group 5 stars.Free Music Review: Adema is unstablisized Garbage.

This is another bad album from Adema and another trendy nu metal crap we see today in music, more of the same thing, you sheep you be ashamed.Free Music Review: Vastly Improved

Adema has improved upon what was already great. Their last album was good but "Unstable" is a far step above the first. It seems as though they have found a better perspective on life and although they still have hard-hitting, heart-pounding songs like "Unstable" and "Co-Dependant"; they now also have some slower and more mellow songs. Songs like "Promises" are some of the best work Adema has ever done.
