I'm an insomniac and have been looking for music that can help me relax and go to sleep (and stay asleep). A friend gave me this album and it's actually put me to sleep. I absolutely love this album. I use it in my Montessori classroom to help children fall asleep at nap time and it works like magic. The slow falling and rising help bring about a calm state of mind and body! Breathing automatically becomes slower and deeper, facilitating rest and renewal. All the cares of the morning slip away. Peaceful and soothing for everyone. I literally wore out a CD playing it every day and bought a new one.Free Music Review: All time favorite

I first discovered Angel Love many years ago while living what seems like a magical time in my life. I loved it for meditation, even though I really had no idea how to meditate. I just knew that many lines were crossing to take me to spiritual places I had not yet imagined existed. Over time the CD found it's way to my CD drawer. Then, my wife had to have some surgery and because of certain complications she was unable to take anything to numb her or to block pain. She had had one procedure without pain killer and dreaded the next. I bought a portable CD player and she listened to Angel Love throughout the surgery. She later told me that it made a huge difference and that she was able to distance herself from the pain during the surgery because of the nature of the music on the Angel Love CD.
I now meditate in more of a Zen fashion nearly all of the time. That is, no anything to draw my attention. But, there are times when I feel like traveling. That's when I break out Angel Love. If there were a six star category I would give it that. If you are new to meditation, and wish to find a powerful tool to help you center, get this CD. The price seems mighty cheap for the years I have owned it, and used it, compared to every other CD I have ever purchased.
