Free Music Notes for Big OnesFree Music Review: Aerosmith - clean and mean Hit: 5 Stars
"Big Ones" covers Aerosmith after they reformed in 1984, and went to Betty Ford. It covers their period with Geffen in which they recorded four albums; Let The Music Do The Talking (1985), Permanent Vacation (1987), Pump (1989) and Get A Grip (1993). It covers all their hits from that period, Angel, Rag Doll, Dude.., Love in a Elevator, Janies Got a Gun, Living on The Edge, Cryin',Amazin; and Crazy. All great songs especially if you like Aerosmith and don't own any albums - this one covers all their hits and is a good introduction to the band. Put the CD in the CD player, grab your air guitar, pump your fists in the air and Just Push Play !
Free Music Review: THE Hits Hit: 5 Stars
Ever since my dad introduced me to Aerosmith two years ago, I have been a big fan. I have heard everyone of there songs, seen all of their videos, etc. As soon as I heard what songs where on this album, I ran out and bought it. Boy was I happy. The ablum features the greatest hits of greatest hits. Songs like "Dude(looks like a lady)", a funny song, popular from the film "Mrs. Doubtfire". Songs like "Janie's Got a Gun", a really sad, very beautiful song. My one problem with this album is there is no "Dream On", which I really like. But, other than that, it is awesome. A must for for Aerosmith fans.
Free Music Review: I love Aerosmith Hit: 5 Stars
Maybe this album isn't as good as some of the original ones, but I still love it. Why? A couple reasons: "Janie's Got a Gun", "Cryin'", "Crazy", "Rag Doll", "Love in an Elevator"...Get the picture? There is such a great collection of songs on here. My favorite Aerosmith song is "Janie's Got a Gun." I listen to that over and over, still doesn't get old. If only this had "Walk This Way" on it (that's okay...I MP3ed the song :) ). But this album is good just for that genuine Aerosmith experience that everyone should have. Get it.
Free Music Review: Aero's Unending Glory Hit: 5 Stars
These Guys never stopped rockin'from the 70's to the present. They never failed the rock fans with their infectious rock music from Generation X to Generation Y, from the unsurpassed style of rock vocals in each track courtesy of Steven Tyler to the ass kickin' riffs of Joe Perry.
Undoubtedly, Aerosmith is here to stay.
The album contains 15 tracks which is a collection of songs from the Geffen archive. For beginners, this is the second wave of Aero Songs. If you want more look for the Columbia released Aerosmith Greatest Hits.
The Best... So Far
Free Music Review: Buy This, Gems, and Greatest Hits If You're New To Aerosmith Hit: 5 Stars
Big Ones is a collection of Aerosmith's Geffen era hits with two new songs and an outtake from Pump thrown in. Done With Mirrors is overlooked, but that's no big deal. Everything from harder rocking choices like "Eat The Rich" to the excellent new cut "Walk On Water" to great power ballads like "Angel," "Cryin'," and "Crazy" to catchy poppish tunes such as "Dude (Looks Like a Lady)," "Rag Doll," and "The Other Side" is here. In other words, there's something for all, and it's one of the better places to start buying Aero albums along with Greatest Hits and the notoriously overlooked Gems.
