Free Music Review: As good as any of the Post-70's Al Green releases

The only guest appearance that matters is Anthony Hamilton 'layin down' a nice flow on a couple of tracks. I like this set as much the last two releases if not a little more. Al Green has that same smooth post-seventies sound he brought back with his release 'I Can't Stop' and continued on 'Everything's OK'. This cd is well worht the purchase price. Its Al Green really throwing down! The cd reminds me of back in the day, when Al was turning out hit after hit. All the new songs have the Memphis sound that made all of Al Green's songs hits. Im glad to have purchased this cd. I highly recommend it to all Al Green fans, and all old school music lovers. Well what can I say except Al is back. This album is truly a classic and should be in everyone's cd collection especially al green's fans. It has that nice old school style from when al green was doing his thing back in the 70's, with a pinch of new school engineering. The only other thing I can say is buy this album. WOW! Isn't it great that Al Green is still making great music for all to hear. We need him more now than ever. The CD is brilliant and very moving with some great guest artist. Corinne Bailey Rae and John Legend's songs with Al are beautiful. Short and sweet, this is an amazing collection of song sung by the MASTER. I am an avid Al Green fan. In fact, since early childhood. I think this is the best CD that he's done since, Love and Happiness. I think it was a genious move to collaborate with some of the late comers such as, Anthony Hamilton and John Legend..... I just love this CD. I tell all of my friends about it......Good Job AL....
