Free Music Review: Jessica, we love you!

Just as the fantastic movie is a blend of live action and animation, so is the soundtrack a mix of adultness and childness. I have been waiting years for this soundtrack and I love it!
If you're an adult-man or woman, brace yourself; Jessica's song and Jessica's theme may very well cause your clothes to fall off (if you're under 18, you'll know what I mean when you're older.) The album is worth getting for these two tracks alone, but in this case, the rest of it's brilliant too.
It's sinister and whacky, manic and frantic, alongside hands-in-pockets laid back, quirky adventure and smooth, cool, toe-tapping jazz: Eddie's theme is an incredible piece of music, full of heart and soul, and reminds me of Christmas for some reason. The dueling pianos are here-complete with sound effects and voices, and it's good, but makes more of an impact when seen on screen. Roger's song would've been better taken from the movie, with the record getting stuck at the end and the plates smashing over his head. But I'm glad that Jessica's song is clean (except you do hear Betty Boop closing Eddie Valiant's dropped jaw)-no groaning men, and it has an extra verse too; the music, Amy Irving's vocals-WOW!
Fans of soundtracks will hear a flavor of Back to the Future in there. If you love Alan's style, soundtracks, the movie, Jessica Rabbit, you so need this in your life. The whole record is listenable, start to finish.
And he's done the A*Team movie soundtrack too-I'm so looking forward to both movie and music!
In 3 years, Who Framed Roger Rabbit? will be 25 years old and if it's re-released, I am so THERE!
