Free Music Notes for Mtv UnpluggedFree Music Review: If We Ain't Got Keys Hit: 5 Stars
Is their one? From Aretha Franklin to her god daughter Whitney Houston....and up till now is their one? The answer to that question is yes there is!!! Truly her name is Alicia Keys. I love her style, the way she carries herself (as a lady-and not a harlot). Yeah I said it. Now days female artist usually are about nothing except undressing (and can't sing ). But as I said earlier is there one? And once again.......yep!!
This album is awesome. She is awesome. She truly sings from the heart. It reminds me every one seems to have an anthem or a song they have recorded which is a must at any of their concerts. For her she says so herself on track # 8 that song is "If I ain't got You". I am confident that Ms. Alicia will continue to strive for excellence with not just her talent but her gift. And because she began this project with a prayer there is no doubt that she will continue to accelerate to higher heights.
If you ain't got this one. Get it!!!!

Free Music Review: Bravo Alicia! Hit: 5 Stars
There's nothing like a soul singer who plays the piano, and like Aretha and Roberta before her, Alicia Keys knows how to take possession of keyboards and work her voice around her playing. This disc, while not "Unplugged" in the technical sense, gives Alicia a chance to shine, and her playing and singing are impeccable.
All the hits are here ("Falling" still sounds great, and "You Don't Know My Name" beats the original in this production), along with some clever covers - her version of "Every Little Bit Hurts" is right up there with Brenda Holloway's original, and while some Stones purists might balk, I really enjoyed the version of "Wild Horses" on this project. And the closing number "Welcome To Jamrock", a Damian Marley song that features he and Keys, along with Common and Mos Def is a perfect wrap for this show.
Truly great stuff, from a performer who is maturing into a true artist.
Free Music Review: The one and only...Alicia Hit: 5 Stars
Alicia is a real artist, a beautiful person, with such amazing and strong voice. Since the day one I knew shes gonna do something new, something different in the world of music, and I was right. When you hear her voice, its all clear. She`s so great. And all of her songs are just amazing, we can see she`s doing it with a passion and her heart and soul. And I haven`t seen so much artist like her, doing it their own thing. I love this Unplugged cd and dvd. AMAZING! She really put everything in this project, like in all her things. Just amazing, great voice, great audience, great music, and i love it. I think every1 should have this cd and of course the dvd, becasue its so wonderful to see Alicia playing on the piano and singing like an angel, cracking jokes.... She`s a true artist and she`ll be doing this for a long time...
Free Music Review: The best album from Alicia Keys! Hit: 5 Stars
I think this album.Even this album has the new song,Unbreakable. You may say that this album should be not be played because it may have this bad DPM stuff or it is Content-Protected and I just got this from Target. But the back cover says that it can rip if you have Windows Media 9.0.But we don't have Windows Media 9.0.In fact,we do not listen to music on Windows Media.I am listening to Unbreakable. And we listen to music on Musicmatch Jukebox. We have a Dell desktop. So nothing is going to happen wrong. But this CD is the bomb!If you have WMP 9.0,you can not listen to this on your computer. The best album from Alicia Keys.I love this CD!Alicia, you are the greatest female vocalist of the year!I can not wait for another album from Alicia! If you do not have this CD,ya gotta get this CD!Get it!
Free Music Review: New York's Finest! Hit: 5 Stars
This was an incredible CD!! My favorite tracks are Every Little Bit Hurts, Wild Horses (the duet with Adam Levine of Maroon 5), Stolen Moments, Love It or Leave It Alone. I love the way she flowed with Common, Mos Def & Damian "Junior Gong" Marley!
The orchestra's symphonies were beautifully married to her voice and the song's lyrics. The classical cadences were wonderfully played and Alicia sounds amazing. This cd is a must have. I also enjoyed the way she remade some of the songs from the Diary of Alicia Keys (Karma, Heartburn, If I Ain't Got You, If I Was Your Woman, Fallin', A Woman's Worth, How Come You Don't Call Me).
Great job Alicia!
Looking forward to her next release!!
