Free Music Notes for Move AlongFree Music Review: Move Along To Some Rejects Hit: 5 Stars
MOVE ALONG displays that a rock grunge band like The All-American Rejects can return from the studio better than ever. This time around, the band's music landed them as part of the soundtrack to the third season of the television show One Tree Hill. The group gives an outstanding presentation of their musical knowledge and atributes. They perform more melodies, harmonies, chord inversions, and vocal counterpoint than on their debut record. Solos for each instrument are passed around and just adds more flavor to the work of The All-American Rejects. The band still needs some work on the use of dynamics, but that's really it. The album's most stand out trait is the use of keyboards to achieve a unique and original sound of harmony and melody. I had my doubts about The All-American Rejects creating an album better than their debut one, but I was gravely mistaken. MOVE ALONG is a great grunge rock album and one for any music collection.
Stand out tracks include:
"Dirty Little Secret"
"Move Along"
"Change Your Mind"
"Night's Drive"
"Dance Beside"
"Top of the World" (Guess which politcal leader Ritter is singing about.)

I had seen this CD in Target on many occasions and had been tempted to buy it more than once. With a name like The All-American Rejects, I figured there's got to be something interesting there. I didn't buy it, though, for a long time since I wasn't familiar with the band or any of their songs (no I haven't heard "Swing Swing") and was afraid it'd be a waste of money. While sitting at the dentist office waiting for my daughter the other day, I saw about a 30 second clip of the band in the bonus material on the "Meet the Robinsons" DVD. I liked what I heard so I decided the buy the CD that night. Man am I glad I did. I discovered that I had in fact heard some of the songs on the radio but just didn't know it was AAR. This CD has instantly become my favorite. The lyrics are upbeat and positive and the tunes are catchy. Howard Benson shows why he's a master in the music biz as this CD is one of the best produced discs I've heard. I highly recommend this CD.
Free Music Review: ITS A MIRACLE Hit: 5 Stars
I'm a classic rock fan. I normally listen to bands like Styx, Queen, and Chicago. But when I heard "Dirty Little Secret" for the first time I couldn't believe what I was hearing. And then I heard "Move Along" And I was completely floored. I couldn't believe it a band that actually plays music that appeals to the fan. This is good stuff these guys play music to there fans they give them what they want which is what a great band does. I never seen these guys live but I bet they put on one heck of a show. They're are not like bands such as Fall Out Boy or Panic! At The Disco you play music that appeals to themselves and to their record producers don't make the cut. And then there are all those rappers out there who write songs that appeal to their music videos (another reason why I hate MTV) and they all probably suck live. So if you're a music fan you will enjoy these guys they truly are an exception in this MTV Music Video driven music world we live in today.

THIS RECORD IS AMAZING! I love it to death, and seeing AAR performing the songs live was amazing as well - they rock all around
And to all of you haters out there, stop complaining about how much you hate this group. No one cares and no one wants to hear your stupid remarks. Your not being FORCED to listen to their record. Enough people like them to make the album go platinum, so you can just stop talking. It really annoys me when theres some punk kid "this music sucks! they arn't punk BLAH BLAH BLAH". Yeah, we figured out they arn't punk, thanks for stating the obvious. That's why we like them, they arn't straining their vocal cords "singing" like some OTHER bands that will remain nameless. So stfu about this band, because they are amazing! And it's your loss that you won't listen to good music and instead turn to druggy/poser/emo/screaming-bloody-vocal music...not that it's a bad thing.....pfff
