You know you're a nanny when you are driving alone in your car and it takes you 10 minutes to realize you are 24 and listening to the Alvin and the Chipmunks (or is you're my 5 year old that i nanny or...Elvin and the Chick-a-munks) cd all by yourself withing even thinking about it..
it's a cute CD (cute movie too) with cute songs in it, and cute covers of real songs. kids love the CD!

I am 48 yrs old and I love both, the movie and the soundtrack CD. I play it when I'm feeling a little down and need to feel silly. I've had the CD for a month now and it still makes me laugh and giggle. Terrific CD to take to work to play when you have to be in your office on a weekend and you are all by yourself. This is a great cd! I don't normally buy soundtracks but this one was too good to miss.
After watching the movie and hearing the music, the whole family decided that this was a must have. The cd includes the updated version, as well as the original version, of the Witchdoctor song.
It is a hip hopping family friendly cd. Way to go, Alvin & Co. !

I enjoyed and I would watch again the chipmunks movie. I purchased the CD after watching the movie because I liked the "Witch Doctor" song. It makes me feel like dancing. All the songs on the CD is great! I like watching movies a lot and I enjoy the music from the movie's I watch. All I have to do is watch my son get into this CD to know I like it. He's a year and half but he started busting out the dance moves on most of the songs. That's right, he went from fist pump, to wavy hand, all the way to the finger point. The music is upbeat and fun to listen to. Definitely a good purchase that won't irritate a parent's ears. Trust me, you'll be dancing too.
