America was never considered a cool band, but they could turn out memorable tunes with rich harmonies. They have a folk vibe to many of their songs. I like most of their songs but I think 'Muskat Love' is too sappy. Even if you don't know the group by name you have probably heard their songs. The song 'You can do Magic' is played everywhere and obviously has commercial uses. They remain underrated.Free Music Review: Some More Days Gone By!

Man it feels so good to go back in time to that special place in your memory and in your heart.....that time that was so simple, no worries, being in love, being so happy, being young and care-free, what a special time to hold dear in your heart. Thanks Amazon for helping me go back there, with this CD, and it also reminds me of the one place I love on this planet so much, CALIFORNIA! Music Review: The title says it all!Hit: 5 Stars This is great! This is what a greatest hits should be! It includes all 17 songs to chart on Billboard's Hot 100, 3 great LP tracks and 2 new songs! What more could you ask for? I know some America fans will say either this song or that song should have been included, but, hey, buy the box set. These are America's Greatest Hits!

This America compilation pulls together all of America's big hits on one disc, quite efficiently. The sound is great, too. America has always been one of my admired groups and their songs are easy-going, yet catchy and timeless. I definitely recommend this to to all that love 70's-80's soft rock and country/folk rock.Free Music Review: OUTSTANDING

Great collection of tunes from this talented group. I havelistened to these guys from the very first album (in my top 10).
Only song here that I would have eliminated is Califirnia Dreamin'. They have more than enough songs that could have be
added. But all-in-all, a very good album....
