As a card carrying member of SOUL PATROL, I wasn't sure this was really going to be something that I would like (because it's all about the Taylor to me!) but I got it anyway. I LOVE IT! I got on the E-Train and had a good time with this CD on. I think they all did a really great job, and I am really excited I have it. It reminds me of all the good songs we heard this season watching AI. I think it would be worth it to anyone who was voting for their idol each week! I am amazed at all the negative comments toward the Amazon reviewer. She, like everyone else is entitled to her opinion. Oh, but wait, seems to be that if you are not a member of that childish, ridiculous "soul patrol", you cannot have an opinion. Folks still seem to be in denial that Elliot is absolutely brilliant. He came out of nowhere like a racehorse and won the hearts of millions we all know he was robbed of the title. Truth hurts sometimes. Any album that includes a track as tasty as Elliott Yamin's "Moody's Mood for Love" is definitely worth a listen. The other tunes range in value from very good (Taylor Hicks) to sub-par (several others), but the amazing Elliott Yamin sends the overall package into five-star territory. "American Idol" may have underrated the talent of this extraordinary young man, but time will tell the tale, and time will prove he has a long and illustrious career ahead of him. In reading Ms. La Gorce's "review" I have to ask the Amazon management team - What were you thinking? This "reviewer" must not know that your business is to SELL products. Has she been in a cave since March? Or does she just not realize that millions of people took the time (and possible $$$ for text messaging) to vote FOR these people - and especially Taylor Hicks.
Prediction: Tammy La Gorce will become unemployed very soon and not work in "the business" ever again.

I am very pleased with this CD. It's a little taste of each
person's singing on this year's American Idol show. I think
this was the best year ever and there were so many very talented
people competing. I am very happy that Taylor won and I can't wait until his first album comes out. He is my personal favorite. Having the CD is a nice rememberance of the best American Idol show yet.
The price of this CD was good and it was shipped very quickly.
