What a wonderful album. Simple inspirational songs by a great singer. The execution is very professional...a hallmark of Vince Gill albums.
This album gives Ms. Grant another chance to showcase her beautiful voice w/songs on traditional church hymns. We all know that she's great at singing pop...but some of us don't like pop that much! I've grown up w/many of these songs in church, it's so happy to hear Ms. Grant sing them. Thank you, Amy & Vince.

Personally, I loved Amy's album "Legacy". But I think I may love "Rock of Ages" just the same if not more! The music has been interpreted in such a wonderful comtemporary, modern way that I was immersed in the album from beginning to end. "Carry You" is one my favorite songs today and definitely has more depth then the original 1998 version. Amy gives you music from her soul and in Rock of Ages you feel it in every note!Free Music Review: I SMELL A GRAMMY AND DOVE AWARD

Now this is just my opinion but ROCK OF AGES is AWESOME. It is produced by Vince Gill and Brown Bannister and yes there are influences of Vince Gill all over this cd, but it is put together in search a way that is very fresh and inspiring. I was really surprised how great this cd is. I am expecting great things and I think this will introduce and maybe reintroduce young people and former listeners to Amy Grant.

I just received this CD and I just love it-it tends to be a bit on the "country" side-thanks to husband Vince Gill but that makes it even more enjoyable for me. The songs are familiar so you can sing along-or just listen to the fantastic harmony!! I would highly recommend this CD to anyone who enjoys Amy Grant-Free Music Review: A Great Follow Up Album to " Legacy"!

Another wonderful group of traditional hymns with a kick! I love the country edge and the new arrangements. "Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus" brings tears to my eyes!Hope there is a third album in this "Hymns & Faith" series!
