A simply wonderful product to destress and begin to heal your body. Especially good for those like myself recoving from a chronic illness. It contains classical music with specially designed sounds to calm your nervious system. The first track contains an introduction, the 2nd track contains what Dr. Weil calls "the deep" and then slowly you will reawaken. It is also excellent for anyone else wanting to destress.
