I requested this Cd for Christmas and rec'd it after reading all the positive reviews. I am looking for ways to calm my body and mind after surgery.
THIS IS JUST CLASSICAL MUSIC using Andrew Weil's name. The entire write up states that sounds were put together in a certain way to promote healing. I believe it is just a money making scheme. Most classical music can promote healing, adding strange irritating sounds in between is a joke.
Go out and purchase any classical music CD instead of wasting your money on this one.
