Bravo Tom, Bravo. I knew within 30 seconds of playing this CD, I would love it and I do, just love it.
My advice....don't compare it....don't compare it to anything. Just enjoy it and its maturity. It really is just beautiful, for lack of a better word.
I am not going to go through this CD, song by song, and critique it. I will say there is not one song I skip over. I have my favorites, of course, and they are;

Wow. The first time I heard Angels and Airwaves was on the radio. The song was called "The Adventure", and I didn't think too much about it first, but I did go home and download it on iTunes. As I listened to it more and more, I decided to listen to the other songs and I was amazed. Now they are my favorite band and I was lucky enough to get to see them in concert. Here are some of my ratings:

The best songs are "The Adventure", "The War", and "It Hurts"

We Don't Need To Whisper is one of the most moving albums I've ever listened to. When I first heard it, I wasn't really impressed. I blew through all ten tracks and questioned my purchase. But a few more times I listened and it grew on me and I found that all the songs were amazing. Every song is filled with wonderful lyrics that are powerful and uplifting. Like nothing I've heard before. The sounds are epic and Tom Delonge's unique voice catches your ear. It is a must listen and is worth every penny. I knew when I heard the adventure for the first time that this cd was going to be special. Tom Delonge did a wonderful job on sending the message to us on how lucky we are to be alive. This cd was truly amazing, and it is still in my cd player, and it was been for weeks now. Everybody needs to listen to this cd because I promise that it will change your views about music and allow you to look deeper into your minds. every song is awesome, and none are weaker than the others. they all have their own way of being special. hurry and listen to this cdFree Music Review: U2 and blink shake hands

I am not a Blink 182 fan. I can get down to a couple of songs, but thats about it.
Enough about them, this CD is really freaking good. It is very pleasing to the ears. Kind of spacey, yet still rock driven. Immediately noticed the delay on the guitar and incredible sound of the drums as the main staple to the music. I wouldn't go as far as to say that the lyrics are juevenille, but they are delicate. Lots of relationship/break up lyrics. I definately didnt expect this album to blow me away, but it did. Maybe your next? (jazz hands)
