To be frank with everyone, I bought this CD (in 2006) mainly for Love Spit Love's "Am I Wrong". I could've bought the Love Spit Love album, but since I had the original cassette before (I lost it a few years back), the rest of the songs in the debut album were boring...I got this one instead.
It contains a marching band mix of "Am I Wrong" which is excellent.
Surprise, surprise! The rest of the songs here were surprisingly good too. I particularly liked "J.A.R." (I like everything Green Day) and "Ain't That Unusual."
Free Music Review: Really nice soundtrack

I watched this movie a few years ago with my nieces and nephew; we all loved it. The soundtrack, in and of itself, rocks. Featuring a number of beloved indie-rock bands, like Ash (whose song Kung Fu is, in my humble opinion, the soundtrack's masterpiece, Weezer (their cut is great, too), and Pansy Division, and really solid tracks by Green Day and by the Good Goo Dolls (I'm usually lukewarm about them, but here they sound great, like the Replacements), this record, which is basically very upbeat and nicely fast paced, will have you feeling good about life, just like the movie, no matter how you start out when first listening.Free Music Review: very punkish!

This sound track is awesome!! I liked the movie a whole lot and it had a lot of punk music in it, so I bought the sound track. It really rocks. The only reason I didnt' rank 5 stars is because one song is not on there from the movie (where Angus dances with that chick at the end). But otherwise it's got a great variety of some good bands like Green Day and the Riverdales. J.A.R. is really a good song and if you like green day a lot, i'd recommend this cd for you.Free Music Review: Snazzy but Angus' and Melissa's song is missing :o(

If you are going to offer previews, please take care to offer ALL tracks on the soundtrack. I am primarily interested in ONE track only and wouldn't you know.....you list it and don't offer it as one that can be accessed. I've got to tell you...that really is a huge disappointment.From now on.....don't offer sound slices of a CD unless you are willing to provide a "little piece" of each and every song on the CD.
I'm sure that I am not the only frustrated person out here in the real world who has asked this of you.
