Free Music Notes for Knuckle DownFree Music Review: Excellent! Hit: 5 Stars
Absoulutely wonderful album! Ani amazes me yet again with the beautiful Knuckle Down. The quality and care she puts into her work really shows, her albums are always well put together and she's always extreamly enthusiastic about each project she delivers. The music, the packaging, the presentation. All great! She's really someone I admire, she puts out all her own albums and founded Righteous Babe Records all by herself. A righteous babe indeed!
Free Music Review: Knuckle Down is a must-have.. Hit: 5 Stars
'Knuckle Down' was my first foray into the musical world of Ani DiFranco, and has quickly become one of my favourite albums of all-time. If you're tired of the generic, manufactured music so common to modern network air waves, this disc is for you. The songwriting is developed and well-thought out, and the tonality of the album is warm and inviting. Do yourself a favour, buy this album.
Free Music Review: Great Album Hit: 5 Stars
I am new to Ani - I saw her at the Philly Folk Fest last year and wasn't ready to "get her". I heard Studying Stones on XPN one day and felt transported to another realm. Ani has managed to kick my philosophical butt....and my ears will never be the same. Now I'm trying to figure out which of her previous albums I should purchase for my next Ani fix.
Free Music Review: for the love of Christ buy this album Hit: 5 Stars
this album will keep you company for the rest of your life. she runs the gamut--a whirlwind tour of sensorially rich emotion. if she made herself any more vulnerable she might create a vacuum or damage the space/time continuum.
Free Music Review: The revolution continues Hit: 5 Stars
How many souls does this woman have? How she does it I don't know, but once again Ani manages to take us on a brand new trip. She's still burning it down so come on and get on the bus.
