Of course Bernadette is not Ethel! They are differents artists. Both great. Bernadette is so special and different in the Annie Oakley role! And thanks heaven, Tom Wopat is the ideal costar for her. When he is singing "My Defenses Are Dow"... you must believe me: my defenses are down. Love this cd!!!!!!!!Free Music Review: i'm glad this cd was made, it's great.

I guess between John and Tom there would have to be a tie. Both are doing really well on their singing careers. You can hear the honesty in Tom's music. You can also hear the sincererity in his voice. I have never heard such great music until I listened to Tom Wopat and John Schneider. Good job guy's. I just saw this show on Broadway and found it to be a whimsically fun production. The Irving Berlin music is wonderful and well-preserved. Bernadette Peters is amazing as Annie and Tom Wopat plays Frank Butler to a T. The duo playing Tommy and Winnie are adorable and the rest of the cast is terrific.Free Music Review: What a great CD!

This CD is wonderful! I am going to be acting in a junior high performance of Annie Get Your Gun and it was suggested that we get the CD to learn the melodies for the play. All I can say is that it was well worth the money. I listened to it about a hundred times, and boy did I enjoy it! Fantastic!Free Music Review: Peters at her finest

I purchased this CD because our local high school is doing the show this fall and as the director of the pit band, I wanted a good resource to help with the rehearsals. The music, especially the voice of Bernadette Peters is so appealing, that it is the only CD that I am listening to at this time.
