Free Music Notes for Favourite Worst NightmareFree Music Review: #2 Has Out Done The First.... Hit: 5 Stars
When I first heard of this group I bought their CD "Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not" and was impressed right away. I have since built a following with friend that have also bought that CD. Now that I have "Favorit Worst Nightmare" I have come to realize that this is a band that will out do their previous work...THIS CD ROCKS!!!!!
Buy it yourself and you will NOT be dissapointed.
Free Music Review: Arctic Monkeys = the best band in recent memory Hit: 5 Stars
These british lads are smart, fast, and energetic. Their first cd, a huge hit in England, was a breath of fresh air into modern rock music and Alex Turner, their lead singer, is a songwriter that is simply ingenious in his song-crafting ways.
The new cd is amazing and you should go buy it now
505, d is or dangerous, and of course fluorescent adolescent are my favorite songs on the cd
Free Music Review: Brilliant! Hit: 5 Stars
I have yet to find such an enjoyable CD! This is packed with high-energy danceable tunes from start to finish (excluding Only Ones Who Know). Maybe not quite the same Arctic Monkeys you knew from Whatever People Say, but this change of pace is very much welcomed. Every track is catchy, in some respect, whether it be the vocals or the guitar riffs. There isn't a single track I don't like on here.
Free Music Review: Not as fresh as the first one but..... Hit: 5 Stars
this does not mean its bad. In fact it's absolutely amazing, its got a plethora of mesmerizing fresh beats and catchy songs such as "Fluorescent Adolescent" and the relentless drumming of "Brianstorm".This is a strong sophomoric album from one of the best indie bands of this 21st century. The Arctic Monkeys are here to stay and they have the music to back up their so deserved hype
Free Music Review: No Sophomore Slump for These Guys Hit: 5 Stars
After listening to this album, these guys are legit. I had high expectations after enjoying their album and I'm happy to report that they followed it up nicely. It still carries the rawness of the first album, but this time a little more touch of complexity. I think the track "Only Ones Who Know" gives us a great taste of the Monkeys to come.
Buy this album!
