the moment the first note began!!! i find 3 categories: (1) it sounds like she's at home just being w/ her songs (2) she sounds like she's in church (even if its not a religious song!) or (3) why didn't they release some of this before?????? I bought this because I was hopeful that I'd find some good material that I hadn't heard before and I wasn't disappointed. There are some very enjoyable tracks like 'Lean On Me' and an alternate version of 'Rock Steady'. It is in my rotation often.Free Music Review: Excellent !

This is not for hard-core Aretha fans only. Everyone can enjoy this soulful, R&B blused-tinged set. As great as she is, I still don't think Aretha gets enough credit.
