Free Music Review: Out gay artist with talent!

I bought Ari's latest album a few weeks ago and I have literally been playing absolutely nothing else in my vehicle since then! It's that good!
What makes this album so playable is the fact that each song has it's own genre, style and story. It's not like other albums where every song is basically the same thing, just played a little differently. Not with this one.
Also, I had to pay VERY close attention to the lyrics. I'm the type of person that just likes music for the beats and rhythms and rarely listen to the lyrics, other than the chorus line.
Then my partner of twelve years (would be husband if it were legal in our state) pointed out the lyrics, which he always does, and when I listened closely to the lyrics then the whole album just took an entirely different route and it does indeed tell a very worthwhile story of being true to yourself and not succuming to the pressures of societal norms and binary gender and sexual orientation, if that's not how you were born.
Don't get me wrong here people, if you are 100% heterosexual and you have absolutely no problems with your own gender and your own sexual orientation, then kudos to you. Not everyone on the face of this planet is born that way and we should not be holding each other down with hate and discrimination just because we are born different. Yes, I said "BORN" and not "CHOOSE". The only thing we are choosing is to be honest with ourselves and live how we were born!
Anyway, this is what I got from Ari's latest album and I sure do hope there's a lot more to come!
