This is an excellent cd for someone who has raw singing talent and wants to develop it. Ariella Vaccarino is pleasant to listen to and has great teaching skills. I have completed this cd only once and can already see an improvement in my singing. Yes. The cd has clear warm up and breathing exercises. There is no long talk filler or promises of greatness. You will need a few lessons with a real teacher to check your form and technique. You will find the exercises of a professional teacher exactly what is on this cd. I loved this CD the first time I put it in and the most recent time I have payed it. The exercises are great because they are simple as well as complete. I have been enjoying working with this CD. The CD has two parts: the first part consists of about 23 fun vocalization exercises and the second part of several fun breathing exercises. I pop these in my car on the way to my musical theater auditions, I don't have to worry about what kind of warm ups I should figure out. I also downloaded both Cds onto my MP3 player so that I can go through them, when ever I have some extra time. These have been a great addition to my training.
