I buy just about everything that Armin puts out, so I have pretty high expectations for him. I am not normally a fan of vocal trance, but Armin does a pretty good job here. It's mostly vocals, with a few instrumental-only songs thrown in. The songs are stand-alone, no mixing/fading in & out.
The beats, as always, are upbeat and danceable. The vocals aren't amazingly great, but they're not annoyingly bad - which can be a frequent problem in the genre. So overall, I'm not Ra-Ra-Five-Stars on this one though. If you're a fan of the vocal trance genre, I'm sure you'll love this. If you're a fan of trance-only, I'd probably skip it.

Honestly, I love armin. He is a great DJ, but not quite as good as a producer. I like vocal trance, but most of this stuff is generic feeling complete with cheesy lyrics. I like a few tracks here, but overall, i'm just not feeling it. If you want to here a really good trance album, pick up Progression by Markus Schulz.Free Music Review: Not a great album

Uninspired and uninspiring. Armin is a great live set DJ and I have heard him rock the house, but this collection of tracks all sound the same. Flat and bubble gum poppy, you've heard songs like these in the mainstream. No underground sound here.Free Music Review: ..and this guy is #1 dj in the world?

I didn't buy this album. My friend gave it to me and after 5 tracks I had enough. It's hard to beleive that it was made by supposedly best dj in the world in 2007! What a shame. You are not missing anything if you don't listen to it. The style of it reminds me of disco rather than trance, but Armin is a liar... remeber he used to say: "In trance we trust" hmmm...WHERE IS THE TRANCE part than?Free Music Review: Why bother!

In short, don't waste your money.
Very disappointing as I have liked other AVB and often listen to his radio show.
It all sounds the same. Vocals are poorly mixed. It seems like there is no theme. No excitement. Just blah, blah, blah.
Complete waste of $$.
I am selling this cd ASAP.
