Yeah if you are even semi into hiphop, or actually know of real hiphop then you already heard of Atmosphere. OG slug has been doing it right ever since the early 90's and has never failed with the content in his rhymes. This new album is definately '03 material, with DJs Ant/Dibbs keeping the beats clean/new, and slug setting the right tone/flow on each track perfectly. I honestly wish though he had more songs like "cat,vans,bag" which will give you an essence of his 97 classic overcast..Though he may be on a label that harbors "punk" bands, you still have to give credit to this fool by realizing how long he's been original/independant and what he has made rhymesayers and hiphop to be today. Don't stop Slug you're still in your prime homie..
