Is it as good as Audioslave or Out of Exile? No. If you already hate Audioslave is this going to change your mind? No. But does that mean it's a bad album? Absolutley not.
It's a change in style that some Audioslave fans might not be ready for, but if you already enjoy the band then you shouldn't have a problem enjoying this one. Give it a try. I didn't like it that much on my first listen, but then again, I didn't like Exile at first either. There is an uninspired track or two on here but the rest are music to my ears. If you're an Audioslave fan, and especially if you're not, try it, give it a few days, and you will enjoy it.
