Free Music Notes for Austin Powers: Original SoundtrackFree Music Review: Smashing Shagadelic Fun Hit: 4 Stars
I really enjoyed the movie and the song snippets in it enticed me to buy the soundtrack. Soul Bossa Nova had my whole family dancing Austin Powers- style in the family room. We enjoyed the updated versions of the oldies on the soundtrack as well as the original recordings. The absences of "These Boots are Made for Walking" and "Secret Agent Man" were disappointing, but overall this is a fun album which brings back many smiles and laughs from a very funny movie.
Free Music Review: Groovy soundtrack Hit: 4 Stars
Austin Powers is one of the funniest movies I have seen for along time. Even if you are not an Austin Powers fan you will still enjoy the Soundtrack. There is definetely a song for everyone, a very good variaty of music. I do agree with everybody who has commented on the song at the begining of the film not being included. I had to knock 1 star of for that, sorry!
Free Music Review: Simply smashing music for the 90's, straight from the 60's Hit: 4 Stars
This soundtrack is what really defines the film. Reminicient of an age gone by (with songs such as Incence and Peppermints) the soundtrack carries the film on its back and really enhances the experience. It is a shame though that Nancy Sinatras "These Boots Are Made For Walking" was not on the CD, but its a great soundtrack anyway.
