I think there new album is different but still awesome... avenged sevenfold n more hardcore than my chemical romance n all the other bands.. but wit there new album they wanted to try something different n it works... i bought the new cd n as soon as i put it in the cd player in my car i loved the songs... Great album! I heard this band's first hit bat country, and thought it was good. Then, they released this album, "Avenged Sevenfold". It is GREAT. A must buy for any hard rock enthusiast! I think this is an incredible album. This is my first Avenged Sevenfold album, so I don't know their earlier work (yet), but this album makes me want to. The melodies are so beautiful. The music is strong. And the lead singer, Wow! His voice is awesome. I can't say enough good things about this album.Free Music Review: some sick music

The self titled album that avenged sevenfold put out was just awesome with it's cool orchestra in many songs and some wicked guitar playing. Previous albums by A7X were boring and similar, but this album really told a story in each song. and i would definetly recommend this album to anyone. I don't know exactly what kind of metal this is...kinda post-hardcore/emo-punk/metalcore/hard rock who knows what. Great music....so many catchy songs and some really talented guitars and drums blasting off all over the place. It's hard not to feel entertained.
