I have studied the practice of Ayurveda for years and I have yet to find another CD which encapsulates the wonderful feeling of healing oneself such as this soundtrack. Through song, the listener is led through nature's beautiful world of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space (ether) which are found in all humans. The Soundtrack to Ayurveda has helped me achieve balance in the three energy systems/Dosha's, Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.
Cyril Morin has done an amazing job capturing Pan Nalin's film travels from around the world and translating them into peaceful melodies which heal and soothe the soul.
Especially for anyone who is interested in yoga, aromatherapy, acupuncture, astrology, martial arts, herbology, I invite you to heal, relax, and release your soul with me into the world of 'Ayurveda.'
