This is the first Azucar Moreno album I bought, and after buying four others, this is still the best (Amen comes close). Hugely danceable, excellent production, inventive arrangements. Wonderful flamenco guitar and strings. "Flamenco" is the standout highlight for me, but all the tracks are very strong. "Mecachis", "Ole" and "No Pretendaras" come close. Even "Comeme la Piel", which another reviewer commented in, burrows into your sub-concious with some delicious rhythm tracks. We have had this album on auto-repeat on long car journeys and it keeps everyone in a great mood for hours.Free Music Review: El mejor!

The Salazar Sisters follow-up album to their multi-platinum selling "Esclava de tu piel" was titled "Ole." Many people thought that they wouldn't be capable of matching such success and categorized them as plastic longshots that only used their image to sell cd's...They were proved wrong!In 1998, two years after the release of "Esclava DTP",they released their master piece "OLE". This CD can be judged as SERIOUS WORK from its cover and even more after listening to the opening track. Unlike previous albums from AM, this one featured all original songs specially made for them. All the songs were wonderfully arranged from beginning to end with a showcase of enjoyable latin rythms and lyrics with uplifting feelings. The "heavy hitters" from this album were "Ole" and "Mecachis"in summer 1998 and were remixed by well known Pablo Flores, however they are just an opening to an enjoyable journey to a latin dream. I would even dare to say it is one of the best latin cd's out there.
Its been four years since I purchased this CD and it never fails to uplift me every time I feel down...Love it...

Buy it! If you're a fan of maravillosa musica Latina, then this CD is for you. It has everything you could want from Jazz tunes to flamenco tunes all done with Azucar Moreno's beautiful voices. These two are simply the best singers I've ever listened to in my entire life! Get this CD! You won't be disappointed, I promise you!Free Music Review: Ol? - they did it again!

This is the sisters' 9th album and I must say it ranges to me as their very best album to date. You pretty much know what to expect when you buy an Az?car Moreno album, and that's catchy Latin tunes, delivered with fire & passion by To?i & Encarna. "Ol?" is such a great opening track, a very danceable hymn to Spain. "Mecachis" is the 2nd single off the album, followed by the cha-cha "Ande yo caliente", the soft, highly romantic "Suave", then a bomb for the dance floor: "Flamenco" which could easily have been a single. The somewhat more average "C?meme la miel a besos" follows, then comes "Dime que me quieres" which to me ranges as their finest recording so far, a pleading, jazzy tune with an incredibly infectious chorus! I love it! "Ese beso" is also a strong favorite. On "Agua que no has de beber" they return to the Latin sound again, although it's spiced with a break with Flamenco guitars and very Flamenco strings. Also a highlight of the album! "Cumbaya" is classic Az?car, a great Latin dance track. The low-key, melancholic "Apaga y v?monos" which is a story about a forbidden love affair that's being discovered by a private detective, is also among my (many) favorites of this album. On the closing track "No pretender?s", To?i & Encarna bring in their whole family to perform an authentic fiery Flamenco track. Great album - it's 15 years after their very first album, and they sound better than ever. I sure have high expectations to their all-new album "Am?n" ...
