Free Music Review: Poesia

When listening to the samples of the tracks on this cd, as soon as I heard the piano interlude at #6, I hit the add-to-cart button. Then I rec'd this cd a few days later and heard the fuller presentation of that instrumental with #10 called Poesia. A moving song, makes me think of happy and sad thoughts at the same time. The voice of the women reciting the poem in spanish, the piano play in between the verses, the warrior cry, and the violin that closed the song made this track incredible in its simplicity. Melodic and engaging at the same time. Slightly "American Beauty-ish." For this track alone I'm glad I found this cd. The rest of the tracks are just okay to me. Any recommendations for more music like track #10 would definitely be appreciated.Free Music Review: THRILLING

I love this CD. A brilliant mixture of flamingo and new age music. Almost sounds like a cross between the Gypsy Kings and Enigma. I love all genres of music, but I have not found too many new age musicians that would inspire me to actually pay for their CD. However the flamingo roots really make this a special CD. After hearing this one I went out and brought all the other tribe CDs. Some of my head banger friends may not appreciate this music but that is their loss.Free Music Review: Addicting...

I stumbled across this one in a pawn shop and it has moved up the ranks to be one of my favorite albums. I'm not quite sure how to describe it (often the sign of a great album). Take a little Spanish guitar, some cool ambient grooves, some sparse vocals and other sounds floating about and you've got a great album. I hate to compare it to other artists because this only reveals the uniqueness of this particular album.The highlight of the album is the eight minute Hablando with a great drum track and ambient soundscape with some very lush and soothing vocal work.
If you're looking for a break from the overtaxed techno and/or pop scene, this one will engage you and set you free.

I heard B-tribe for the first time at a party my brother had at his house about five years ago and I have been hooked ever since. I could not belive what a great collection of music is included. I usually listen to this while I am working on the computer, it is extremely relaxing. If you like soft music with a new age beat I highly recommend this cd. I own both Suave Suave and Fiesta Fatal and I can tell you they are both great cd's. I am looking forward to purchasing Sensual Sensual.
