Free Music Review: WOW!!!!!! GR8 SURPRISE!!

i bought this album 4 a friend as a surprise 4 her birthday. along with it i bought myself a copy 2!!! i was plesantly surprised! its brilliant!!! its gr8 to see somemore boybands writing their own stuff, playin instruments etc!! my ultimate fave band are a1 but bbmak come close!! if you liked back here and still on your side then BUY THIS!!!! i have to say that back here is the worse on the album, which tells u how good the others are!!!! my personal faverites are next time, ghost of u n me and love on outside. if a1, n'sync& bsb, are your scene then this album is definitely a must-have for your cd player!!! BBMak n a1 ROCK forever!!! also if u like this cd when youve bought it, then check out here we come and the a list by a1 , another ...fine example of a top brit band who like bbmak write n play their own instruments n songs!!!Free Music Review: BBMak is here sooner rather than later.

Here's a track-by-track review:1. Back Here: Good melody, has a bouncy beat. Props to BBMak having this song has their first U.S. single.
2. I'm Not in Love: Has a good mid-tempo to groove to, and good lyrics.
3. Next Time: At the beginning this song reminds me of "Back Here" but then it turns into a song on it's own.
4. Unpredictable: Has the Friend's theme song in the beginning, but it also reminds me of a gospel choir (I don't know why!)
5. Ghost of You and Me: This song is one of the highlights of this album. Very good melody and awesome lyrics.
6. I Can Tell: Nice tempo, interesting lyrics, soulful feel again.
7. Love is Leaving: Slow at the beginning, but it speeds up.
8. Love on the Outside: I read a review for this album and it said this song sounds like a Wham song...They were right, I don't like this song at all (the only one I hate.)
9. Still on Your Side: I think they should have released this song instead of the (quote, unquote) remix. Has a bouncy beat that anyone would enjoy.
10. Always: Irish penny whistle, it's a little intro. Cute though.
11. Can't Say: This is a nice song for anyone in love but doesn't know how to say it. Neat lyrics and melody.
12. Again: This is my favorite song of the entire album, beautiful lyrics and the melody is superb. The vocal arrangement is beautiful too.
Overall review: 4 and 1/2 stars, this shows BBMak is a force to be hard to deal with. For their U.S. debut, this is a good show of songwriting skills and instrumental talent. Keep up the good work.
Free Music Review: My, oh, my...what a surprise!

Initially, as most people, I clumped BBMak with the other boy bands like N Sync and Backstreet Boys. But after seeing them perform on the telly, I must say I have to change my perspective. Not only can they sing (they don't hide behind synthetic beats), play their own instruments, and write songs, they do it all very well! Of course, the first hit is "Back Here," which starts off wonderfully with the rhythmic strum of guitars. "I'm Not In Love" and "Next Time" are also radio friendly and fantastically-written songs that are catchy and less sugary than any other pop song. They're the type of songs you can play loudly in the car without being embarrassed. The boys harmonise well, and one cannot help but note a certain intelligence and originality not inherent in the two reigning boy bands from the States. So put your prejudice away and check BBMak out, for they are of a different ilk!Free Music Review: BBMak - Refreshing

Its refreshing to finally have a band out there that writes their own songs, plays their own instruments, and were not put together to make money for Lou Perlman. They formed themselves, they are not manufactured, which is a sight for sore eyes in the days of manufactured, corny pop. I have never bought a CD where i thoroughly enjoyed EVERY track on the album. Until I bought Sooner or Later. I treasure every song on the CD and cannot wait until they release another one. (the review 2 down, i dunno why that girl said they do not write their own songs, but they wrote 7 out of 11 on the album, and wrote many more that were on their album released in asia). This is a truely talented group, and if you are sick of all the manufactured bands like backstreet/nsync/o-town, but are a fan of pop music, you will LOVE this cd!Free Music Review: Good Job, lads!

I think that Christian, Mark, and Ste are incredibly talented. I love the fact that they play some of their own instruments. I also love the fact that they are adorable:) This CD is awesome. Buy it!
