Free Music Notes for Baby Einstein: Lullaby Classics

Free Music Review: My Son Loves this CD
Hit: 5 Stars

My son LOVES the Baby Einstein Videos. We bought a couple of CD's for him to listen to when he goes to sleep. This CD is by far the one that puts him down. We joke that it is the soundtrack to our life right now!

True all the music is played in a more musicbox style, but I think it is more pleasing to a baby's ears. I'm a piano teacher and my son really did not like to hear the piano when he was younger. He's now 13 months and he does like it, but it did not start that way.

I also like the arrangements. They feature the main theme of the piece and then move on to a new song. Just right for a little one's attention span (at least my litle one's attention span).

This is in no way "serious" classical music, and if that is what you want for your child, don't buy it, you will be disappointed. It is, however, very musical, and interesting. For someone who is looking for pretty music that is calming and soothing, this is great!

Free Music Review: Classical Introduction
Hit: 5 Stars

I received this CD at a baby shower and look forward to playing it for my son/daughter (don't know yet). The Baby Einstein products are of good quality and provide introductions to many an early experience. This will be great at bedtime and naptime. Another product I received at the shower and was impressed with is the children's book, Ladybug Baby Bug, by Janice and Mark Perkins. The cover and inside art is so cute and colorful. The story has a wonderful family theme. I know it'll be a favorite for my baby as I read to her. I recommend both products as bedtime staples.

Free Music Review: Warning for Grandparents
Hit: 5 Stars

I first heard this music at my son's house after my new grand-daughter was born. His wife had bought it hoping the new baby would listen and fall asleep to it. The music was like magic and I immediately bought this CD so I would have it at my house also. Between rocking her and listening to the music, I felt myself relaxing and loving every moment. However, I now listen to the music when I go to bed...and it helps me fall asleep. It's a dear lovely piece of work...and falling to sleep listening to classical lullabys at my age seems quite a luxury and a pleasant surprise.

Free Music Review: Calms my son right down!
Hit: 5 Stars

I received this CD as a gift when my son was born, and popped it in my car CD changer for him to listen to on longer drives. It has an amazing effect on him! Whether he is just starting to fuss or is otherwise unconsolable, this CD works like magic every time. He calms right down and quietly listens to the music. My son is now 15 months old, and I now have three different Baby Einstein CDs that I rotate in the car. Only "Lullaby Classics" however, calms him instantly. The others he likes to listen to, but not as much as this one. Highly recommended!

Free Music Review: Great baby calmer!
Hit: 5 Stars

While playing the sound examples from the CD with my 3 month old, I began reading the reviews on this product. I can understand the hang-up people have about not having real orchestral instruments on the CD, but I realized that the instruments were intentionally chosen in this CD for their soothing quality and their ability to put children to sleep. Yes, they might not be real violins or orchestras, but the piercing quality of violins sometimes may upset children. After about the 3rd or 4th song on the examples I found my son fast asleep!
