Simplicity can be a wonderful quality. This CD is a welcome addition of classical music with a light and happy touch. My grand-daughter actually listens and when the CD is turned off because I think she is asleep, she will immediately open her eyes and look at me....as if to say "what did you do that for, Nana?" This is the first Baby Einstein product I have purchased for my son, and I must say I have been very impressed. The cd has some nice selections, and the cd as a whole is very mellow. I love to put this on for my son at naptime. It really calms him down. I also like to play it for him in the car if he is feeling a little cranky. My son adores this CD. We play it Saturday and Sunday mornings, and he sits and listens to it all the way through, every time. My babies doctor told me 30 minutes of Mozart a day. This CD is perfect for that. Simple Mozart pieces that introduce your child to Mozart. (I prefer to play Mozart on the piano for him myself!!)
