What a beautiful collection of songs masterfully touched by Babyface!! I can't remember the last time I purchased a disc the day it came out... or having been in such a fit of anticipation (since I heard this was on its way)! Now that I have it in my possession the reality has far exceeded my hopes for what it could be. Babyface has been easily my favorite R&B/urban soul singer since forever...Each of the songs covered on this disc evokes an emotional response from me in its original form...the combination leaves me nearly speechless. Not Going Nowhere says everything I have tried to show my sons since their father and I split up...The rawness of Knockin' on Heaven's Door in the original makes me cry every time, in Babyface's hands my heart soars (as the tears roll down my face) I didn't want this disc to end... More than ever I love Babyface!
