Free Music Review: One Of The Best CD's Ever To Hit The Music Stores!!!
Hit: 5 Stars

I was so excited when I found out that the Backstreet Boys werecoming out with this CD,"Millennium". I knew right then Ihad to buy it. I love all the songs on this CD for different reasons- I have no favorite (except for maybe "I Want It That Way")

"Larger Than Life"-is a great song to dance to, I love the beat of this song.

"I Want It That Way"-is a great song 'cause all the guys get a solo. Also, the lyrics and music are pretty catchy.

"Show Me The Meaning Of Being Lonely"-is kind of a sad song-but the lyrics are really good.

"It's Gotta Be You"- Another great dance song with great lyrics.

"I Need You Tonight"-one of my favorite songs 'cause it's Nick Carter's solo song. Nick's solo song is so beautiful and touching.

"Don't Want You Back" is kinda like "Everybody (Backstreet's Back)" sequel song. You'll love "Don't Want You Back"!

"Don't Wanna Lose You Now"-is a great slow song.

"The One"-is a really great dance song with awesome lyrics.

"Back To Your Heart"-is a great slow song and the big surprise is that Kevin plays the piano for this song!

"Spanish Eyes"- It's so slow and I just love it!

"No One Else Comes Close"- has awesome lyrics and music!

"The Perfect Fan"-is a great song that your moms will love and appriecate it, too! It's a great song that Brian Littrell wrote.

I'd go out and buy this CD 'cause it's da bomb! Not just nine to ten year old girls like their music-even my mother likes their music. Buy this CD immediatly if you do not have it already!

Free Music Review: BACKSTREET BOYS ARE HOT AND GREAT SINGERS! MILLENIUM ROCKS!
Hit: 5 Stars

You guys have to get "Millenium" by the Backstreet Boys NOW! All of the boys have solos, which makes it especially nice. The first song, "Larger Than Life" is written for the fans. It is an upbeat kinda 1/2 rock type song. It is so cool! "I Want It That Way" is the first single of this album. You might've seen the video? Every guy has their own solo in this song, and they harmonize great! "Show Me the Meaning of Being Lonely" might make you cry! It's so touching! It's all about bad love and not being close to their love! "The One" is a fun, upbeat song showing how they were the one for the girl they were singing to. "I Need You Tonight" is my personal favorite of the album. Nick Carter sings the whole thing! He is awesome! "Don't Want You Back" is a fun, upbeat, rockin' song about how a girl took advantage of them, and now she's gone! "Don't Wanna Lose You Now" is the boys telling girls how much they love them. It's so sweet! "It's Gotta Be You" is another one of my faves, a fun, upbeat, Backstreet kinda song! It's great! "Back to Your Heart" is written by Kevin. It's really sweet and touching! "Spanish Eyes" is a really sweet song about how beautiful a girl's eyes are and love. "No One Else Comes Close" is the boys singing about how the girl they're singing to is the greatest girl ever. And the last song, "Perfect Fan" is written by Brian to his mom. It's beautiful, along with the rest of the album! This is definitely my favorite CD of all time. You'll like it too!

Free Music Review: THEY'RE BAAAAAAAAACK!
Hit: 5 Stars

I've had my copy of Millennium forever and finally decided to write a review on it. I'm going to go through each song and tell what I think about it.

Larger Than Life-the next "Everybody (Backstreet's Back)", good beat and lyrics

I Want It That Way-Pretty good, some of the lyrics don't make sense in places, sounds a little like "Quit Playing Games (With My Heart)"

Show Me the Meaning Of Being Lonely-to put it simply, sweet

It's Gotta Be You-lyrics are a bit hard to understand in places, a nice upbeat song

I Need You Tonight-Featuring the youngest Backstreet Boy, Nick Carter, as it's sole singer, it gets a little boring and in some parts he sounds like he's whining

Don't Want You Back-One of the best songs on the album, its beat gets your toes tapping (but I don't think it was very wise to put a song called "Don't Want You Back" next to a song called "Don't Wanna Lose You Now")

Don't Wanna Lose You Now-Good melody and harmony

The One-Sounds a bit like "As Long As You Love Me", nice meaning

Back To Your Heart-also has a good meaning, a nice ballad

Spanish Eyes-I'll admit, it's one of my least favorite songs on the album, but still, all the boys sound great singing it

No One Else Comes Close-Goes a bit slow, but a sweet ballad

The Perfect Fan-As they say, save the best for last. The Backstreet Boys certainly did that this time. Co-Written by BS Boy Brian Littrell for his mom, it's sweet thank you to anyone's mom.

OVERALL-Worth it's money because you'll play it over and over in your CD player. Thanks for listening! I LOVE YOU BRIAN!

Free Music Review: Nicklover great 5 Stars

Hey Tim. People your age are listening to BSB and they aren't living in the past. Your just complaining because everyone likes them and your just one of the few who doesn't. You just take them as teen idols when you need to take them as musicians dedicated to their work and a band that helps other people. Who says that just because we like BSB means we don't like groups like Semisonic, Pearl Jam, Radiohead, Beck, Red Hot Chili Peppers, or PJ Harvey. I love all those groups because they have great music! I don't understand why everyone catagorizes BSB and other groups like Pearl Jam like one is better than the other. They are all musicians that are very dedicated to their work and just because one group is younger and all the teens love them doesn't make the other (older) groups better than any boy bands. They all have different styles of music. Teens aren't the only fans that BSB has. Most are not living in the past, they are living in today, in the future. Maybe they like them because (according to them) they have great music. My teachers listen to BSB and they aren't living in the past, whether you believe me or not. Pearl Jam, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Beck, Radiohead, and Semisonic are in a category of their own and not everyone in this world likes the same category as you do. BSB and all the other boy bands are also real music. I'm not a teeny bopper or anything in that region because I'm not just centering my life around BSB. I listen to Red Hot Chili Peppers, Beck, Radiohead, Pearl Jam, and Semisonic. They are all just different artists and they express their music in different ways. Get over it!

Free Music Review: Five Stars And I Don't Even Like The Backstreet Boys!
Hit: 5 Stars

Let's get something straight: I can't stand any of these pop New-Kids-On-The-Block wannabe bands, ok? They all sound the same and are really unoriginal. Granted BSB, does have a bit more talent than the others, I'm still not too fond of them. But when my sister bought this CD, I couldn't help taking it over and over again because I'm absolutely in love with so many songs on it. It has more heart than the original and also unlike the original, the songs are pleasantly hummable after you hear them, not mind-numbingly annoying like some of the work on the original. This group works better in this one because alot of the songs are done as solo performances. A love song is much more meaningful when one person sings it than five together. (Namely the hypocritical "I'll never break your heart" from their first album that had potential but, thanks to five people saying the exact same thing, it was roughly translated into "I'll never break your heart, so lemme sleaze my way into your panties.C'mon! Can I please see you naked? PLEASE???? I'm desperate!") Sorry I got a little side-tracked there. Heh heh. Anyway the one problem with this album is the order of some of the songs: between the two romantic songs "I Need You Tonight" and "Don't Wanna Lose You Now" is the delicately-placed 'stop-stalking-me' song "Don't Want You Back" Granted, these are three of the album's best songs but the order isn't exactly smooth. Anyway, Backstreet Boys: if you read this along with the other 600 reviews, keep doing music of this caliber and the world will keep turning for you.
