Free Music Notes for Unbreakable (Dlx) (Snyp) (Dig) AlbumFree Music Review: Chapter 2 not looking promising Hit: 1 Stars
Way back when, well at the time anyways, it seemed that the Backstreet Boys had prematurely released a greatest hits album called "Chapter One". However...judging their two albums after it, it seems that Chapter One will remain their greatest and Chapter two will be horrible and painful to watch.
Now...onto the album at hand. Who knew that booting the group's most boring member would actually produce dull boring material? I mean, Kevin is gone and the music got....worse? How can this be?? People say that you don't notice he's gone...like that's a good thing? How would do you think that would make Kevin feel. Anyways..i disagree. He had a strong voice and sway among group decisions. they never showcased his vocals much but any documentary you ever watch of them...you see he had a big hand in decision making.
Hoaky? Cliche? Bland? Overproduced? Insipid? Um, yes, yes, yes, yes and um yes again. So sad too.
I love these guys. i devoted a significant portion of my teenage years hopelessly devoted to them. but...
My mom wouldn't even stick around to hear the album one time through. She's a fan also. MY MOM.
THEIR TARGET AUDIENCE. yes ladies and gent's. They've switched from teenage girls..to the teenage girl's mothers.
Okay. it's not all bad. Anything but mine has some life. But the rest is so calculated that the sum is wrong.
One thing they improved on is that their is a whole lot of audible harmonizing....painfully missing from Never Gone.
But what Never gone had going for it was some good material. good songs.
Unmemorable. a much better title. Try again guys, and try harder!!
