Once again, Dolly has brought her unique talents to our ears. Dolly's way of hooking you and drawing you into her lyrics is a talent that many don't have. When I listen to the new album, I feel as if I am at a Dolly concert. I can see her standing there singing for whomever will listen. Well Dolly, your fans are listening just as we always have and always will. This album is the first music album that I have purchased since Dolly's last album. Keep them coming. Though her appearance often creates the most talk, it is her music that really shines. She is a prolific song writer and she triumphs with this new "mainstream" country album. The album has a little bit of everything from the fun Dolly camp of "Shinola" to the fantastic covers she pulls off "Drives Me Crazy" to the somber tunes "Made of Stone." Dolly is a true treasure and this new album is just as good as some of her best. Kudos to Dolly for keeping the songs flowing and our feet tapping and our hearts filled.Free Music Review: Exceptional!

This CD is another masterpiece by Dolly. The first time I heard Better Get to Livin' I knew it would be outstanding. This song lays it all out and are words to live by for everyone. I was a little shocked by the cover of Fine Young Cannibals, but the song truly grows on you. Backwoods Barbie, Jesus and Gravity, and Cologne are outstanding. Dolly's version of Tracks of my Tears is better than the original in my opinion. Dolly Parton is simply amazing! She is such a prolific singer/songwriter and this album shows 100% just how amazing of a singer/songwriter she truly is! every word is in perfect place in this collection of songs the #1 female artist of all time has written and recorded. I cannot stop talking about this wonderful CD. It truly will stand the test of time. Every single song on this album can be a #1 hit single if radio will wake up and play her again. WAY TO GO DOLLY - YOU'VE DONE IT AGAIN.....Free Music Review: Dont like country music generally, but I love it.

Ok- so I dont buy much country music. Ive always liked Dolly's voice but I have never owned one of her albums. I have to say I am shocked how much I like this CD. Her version of Smokey Robinsons "Tracks of my Tears" is great. I think my favorite song on the album is "The Lonesomes". Her voice sounds great, and the material is very good also. Not alot of "TALENT" out there anymore. You will enjoy this if you are a true music lover. Havent stopped playing it since I got it.
