Free Music Review: A double Shot of P-Funk

Maybe you all have different ears than me, but what the heck does "Gettz da jammin' B-Funk in da getto," "get down to da funk wid da hood," and "day beez wis da homies an da smack attack" mean? I can't understand a single line. Does anyone know where I can buy an Ebonics-to-English dictionary? "Who Let The Dogs Out" is awesome. Like, the band has a lot of good albums, but this is awesome. It's got a couple of good songs, but the ones that I like best are #2, #8, and #11. Tracks #9 and #12 are so great that they make you want to get up and do something. Like, when I listen to these songs, I'm amazed how different they sound in the same sort of way. "Who Let The Dogs Out" demonstrates a rare ability to combine Motown "Funk" with west coast "Hip-Hop" into an inspiring form of "Flip-Flop." Or, one might go as far as saying that his double shot of "P-Funk" results in a totally new musical derivative-Funk." Still, turn up the bass and it goes "funk-boom-hip-boom-hop-boom--boom-FlipFlop-boom." No argument from this convert: the CD is "oops upside yo head" bad! I guarantee that anyone who listens to this CD for 12 hours straight will emerge from the experience with the involuntary ability to reduce the English language to unintelligible grunts and groans. How else is a college graduate ever supposed to learn Ebonics?If I want "art" I'll go to Paris and visit the Louvre. For rock & roll music, I know that "Who Let The Dogs Out" is the right place. Stand-up and be counted in the fight against "cute" music by "cute" teen idols. All that they're saying is "The power hungry ethnocentric and zenophobic European Caucasian race has oppressed minorities for the past millennium." Give peace, brotherhood, harmony and a really big CHANCE.
If you play track #7 backwards, you can hear Celine Dion singing "My Heart Will Go On." I'll bet that you didn't know that fact!
