I knew I'd be making a good choice with this CD, my kids like the other Barenaked Ladies CDs already...and we were not disappointed. Always witty and clever, they have done it again! I felt really good about getting this CD for my 7 yr old, who loves rock music! And my husband and I love it too! We can listen to something in the car that is appropriate for everyone.Free Music Review: a must have

Great for kids and parent's like it too! When we first got it, my husband and I listened to it by ourselves one day. I mean, it's the Barenaked Ladies! The songs are fun and everyone can sing along with them. This is what we put in when we are in the car and our 17 month gets antsy. He quiets right away. Our favorite song is Pollywog in a Bog - jump, jump!Free Music Review: A Hit with My Class!

I took this CD into my classroom and the my 3rd graders absolutely love it! Some of the humor is better when you can read the lyrics at the same time, and they get a kick out of singing the songs together. Believe it or not, some of the songs even hit the TEKS (the Polywog song fits habitat, etc). A must for a classroom teacher who likes to incorporate music.Free Music Review: We love this CD!

We got this from the library and have renewed it several times--I think it's time for our own copy! My kids are 7 and 4 and both have their favorites. The songs are catchy and I find myself singing them, too. Youtube has animated videos of a few songs, including "7 8 9" and "Pollywog in a Bog", which make my kids laugh. My kids (5 and 2) love this album, and so do my wife and I. When the little ones request it in the car, or for wake-up music, it makes a nice switch from some of the other stuff. When I'm at work, the songs often sneak into my head and play themselves over and over again. With some albums that's not a good thing, but in this case it's pretty enjoyable.
