Free Music Review: More Metalcore

In all honesty, I had a hard time paying full attention to this album when I listened to it the first time. And I still do. A lot of their songs sound the same, and they tend to sound like most other metalcore bands out there. I do like that they're Christian, so the lyrics are different from most other metalcore bands out there, but for the most part, their sound is rather generic. Some of the instrumentalism is pretty good, but I still tend to tune them out.
Another problem I have is that their songs tend to go on too long. If their songs were maybe three minutes long, it would be easier to listen to them in their entirety, but most of them exceed five, and after the three minute mark, the songs tend to get repetitive.
So if you like metalcore, and don't mind them sounding like pretty much everyone else out there, you might like this album. I'm not so sure I do, but you might.
