Free Music Review: all in one, always a treat to listen to.......

I've been a big fan of the Bee Gee's since the 70's. They always strive to do something different. It shows in their songwriting and music. The one the stands out to me on this album is the song wing and a prayer. It is different and has a great beat to it. In the middle of the song Barry is mouthing the words and sounds wonderful as always. His high falsetto and sexy voice always gives me goose bumps. Most of the songs were sung by Barry or Robin. I would of loved to hear Maurice sing at least one song on this album I always love his singing. The song they sing as a tribute to their late brother Andy who's the first one for me before I heard of the Bee Gees "Wish you where Here" is a beautiful song which choked me up I was holding my emotions with this one just like it did them. They came back in the studio after a month because they kept crying trying to cut this song. I also love ordinary lives and one which is very catchy, different and a little funky. I recommend you buy this album. You won't be disappointed. Happy listening.Free Music Review: Words do mean alot when you really listen to the song.

I have looked for this certain cd for a few years and I am so happy that it came out again. A friend made this for me back in 89 and I played it over and over. I cried for hours because I had problems w/ my boyfriend. He had me for a local girlfriend and a girl in Lakeland form collage he met there. It was very hard and I kept my chin up. I would stay home waiting for him knowing he would be a no show and the Bees Gees kept me going. They pulled my hart. Any way my guy did get his act together and I'm happy to say we have 3 kids and I no long have to worry about him cheating because I gave him a shot of his own medicne in 1994. Liseting to the songs on here makes me thnk about the good & sad things that happened during that time of my life (1989-1994). I would not trade that for anything. I love the Bee Gees and I hope this was not dumb for me writting all this stuff.My song "Wish you were here" desribes me sitting at a window waiting for him.Free Music Review: THE BEST ALBUM BY THE BEST BAND ON PLANET MUSICA-ONE

To be frank I don't think there's any album in the world that I love as much as this ONE!! All of my best years that I spent in Dharamsala would've been bland without this album. I have this inborn thing that helps relate a song to incidents and THANK GOD that all those coooool days are neatly stored in the songs on this album. The songs not only have meaning to it but also the FEEL which entraps you into an emotional atmosphere. Not that there are no other albums that do so, BUT this does in a unmatched way. There's NO other band that has survived the twist of time - gradually changing to suit the tastes of the generations though still maintaining their style! Its a pity that such a great album is not available in 99.99% of this planet but thanks to this site OUR tastes has been looked after. Only one complain - THIS site restricts you to use 5 STARS but given the choice I'd give it ATLEAST to be continued!!!!Free Music Review: THE BEST ALBUM BY THE BEST BAND ON PLANET MUSICA

Este albun aun no lo tengo pero conozco de él a traves del video "One for All". Puede apreciarse la amplia variedad de estilos que los BeeGees pueden alcanzar. Por una parte se tienen los infaltables temas romanticos como el mágico "Wish you were here", dosis de rock en "it's my neighborhood" y "house of shame", también tecno-pop en "One", "Tokio Nights" y por último la innovadora marcha "Ordinary Lives". En fin en este disco se demuestra que los BeeGees no son solo "dance" y "love songs". Quizás para mucha gente les resulte extraño ver a los BeeGees haciendo rock. Pero innovación es la palabra que mejor los define. COMPRENLO YA!
