I first heard this album while wandering through shops in Key West late at night. I had to hound the cashier to find out what it was, then hunted down a copy immediately. I got my husband hooked on it too; it's his favorite album; he listens to it every day in the car.
I wish I could play like that! The music is moving, rich, exciting, everything Spanish-flavored guitar should be, but spiced with jazz and middle-Eastern flavors that make it endlessly fresh. I now have all Behzad's albums and love all of them, but this is my favorite and, I believe, the best of them.
