This CD is just incredible!!! Each song tells a story with their inspired, often hilarious lyrics and amazing musical stylings. I got this disc after I'd listened to Whatever and Ever Amen 10 million times and I love this one even more. Ben Folds Five is the most original and most talented group out there right now. . . and my very favorite band. . . so get their debut CD and listen to how great they were right from the start!! This Album is one of the best albums that has ever graced my CD player. Ben Folds mood and style on the ivorys along with Robert Sledge wailing on the Bass make this cd a most own for all music lovers. The array of songs on the cd give any music lover a choice and a song of there own to listen to and make into an anthem. Eddie Walker is a song that gives you a feel for the kind of energy and love for music that Ben has. Ben Folds Five has the most amazing music I have ever heard. The lyrics are as thought provoking as they are unique, and their musical talent is unsurpassed, especially Ben Folds' amazing piano playing. This kind of talent deserves massive credit. The thing that is so great about this band is how they work their magic together, all written and played by themselves, they stunned me from the start and now I'm hooked. Ben Folds is an amazing songwriter, musician, and artist. My favorite thing to do is blast "Philosophy" in my Buick singing the lyrics as loud as I can, windows rolled down, cruising down the 10 in Los Angeles. Also amazing are "Alice Childress," "Where's Summer B?," and "Best Imitation of Myself," but every track is solid. I saw Ben on his latest tour which featured just him and a piano, and even so stripped down his songs shook the audience. Buy from this wonderful Southerner!Free Music Review: "Why do you not already have this CD? If you do, you rock."

This is like the best CD ever. Scroll back up and click on "BUY." I guarantee you will like it. On a side note, the CD version of this album is different than the tape version. There are some lyrics that have been cut off the CD that are on the tape. Also, you can very easily meet Ben Folds Five. They are your buddies.
