I first heard a few Ben Harper songs at my brothers house this holiday. After browsing through his albums on Amazon I chose this one based on the customer reviews. Yeah for me!! My wife and I can't stand to have it out of our disc changer three weeks after it went in. At lower volume it's great background music, at higher volume it rocks you.Free Music Review: Stirring

This CD is a must have for anyone who loves music with a purpose. Ben Harper's raw emotion and delicate control his music shape this CD. His music melds accoustic simplicty with emptional complexity. Another Lonely Day......what a song, and it only gets better! I saw Ben Harper at the HORDE festival in Dallas last year and was blown away by his music. If you don't buy another cd this year......buy, "Fight for your Mind" and be ready to be swept away. Also, if he comes to your town go see him you will not be sorry.
